How do I submit architectural / painting changes for approval?

One of the benefits of a homeowners association is the ability to create and maintain a pleasing and cohesive physical appearance within the neighborhood. To accomplish this goal, any exterior changes to your property must be submitted for review and approval before any permanent exterior alterations or improvements are made.  Before submitting architectural change requests, please review your community's Architectural Guidelines.  These guidelines can be found in your community's CC&Rs and/or Rules & Regulations documents.  For more information about these documents, read the related articles 'What are CC&Rs?' and 'What are Rules?'. 

1.  Submit architectural change request online

Visit the online submission site at this link:  https://heywoodmanagement.com/architectural-request/ and enter all required information.  Please be sure to include all design documents, so that the board of directors can see the impact on existing structures.

2. Submit a paint approval request online

Visit the online submission site at this link: https://heywoodmanagement.com/paint-approval-request/ and enter all required information.  You will be emailed a copy of the painting documentation, which lists pre-approved paint colors for your community.
