What changes can I make to my property?

Allowable property changes are different for each community.  Allowable changes are documented in your community's CC&Rs, and Rules & Regulations documents.  When you purchased your property, you received copies of these documents.  You may also periodically receive revisions of the Rules & Regulations document.  If your community has a website ( https://heywoodmanagement.com/communities/), then these documents can be downloaded online.  If your community doesn't have a website, contact us (https://heywoodmanagement.com/contact/) to request copies of these documents.

Generally, allowable changes include:

• Rear patio structure additions/changes
• Rear sheds
• Security screen doors
• New garage doors
• Exterior painting (single-family homes only)
